Bad service

Really disappointed Capitec Bank, my account was stopped, contacted them only to be told my account was closed because of a transaction that I received, apparently the sender reported the payment, I don't even have a idea what the payment was for nor do I know the sender. The money is still in my account haven't used a cent. I'm self employed and I'm losing alot of business because most of my clients use Capitec and the prefer the same.
