Bad service

On the 28th of December 2023 I went to capitec at Waterstone in somerset West to open a ***** case and I was advised to open a case number from nearest police station and I did that and I emailed the case number to email address I was given via sms, and the colored guy consultant promised to call and give me feedback about the case. I never got a call from ***** department for feedback or the consultant regarding my case. I had to text WhatsApp Capitec to find out about the case and only to find out I must also send the other stuff but no one in ***** department bothered to call me about the missing documents, I don’t feel valued at capitec and they way the company is treating their customers when it comes to security it’s not right. The case is still under investigation but I have to WhatsApp Capitec to find out what about the case and the way things are going I do not even thing the is investigations going on, they are just wasting my time with their unprofessional service! I don’t even think I’m going to get my money by the look of things.
