Bad service.
I am currently using capitec and unfortunately I was ****med twice, reported the incendence for ***** to Capitec Bank, But no one can assist me for the one case which they didn't even give me a reference number for , they are now telling me that it was closed, they cannot retrieve money. I have spoke to several agents now I am currently speaking to Ntombi via WhatsApp and I can tell you the girl doesn't not have answers her level of service is very pure for someone who at the Bank, so they not even willing to assist. I am.not happy with their services. I know I was the one that was ****med but I really expect a better service from them.

17 Jul 2025, 05:52Yesterday at 11:58 I received a call from Capitec, the lady asked me what has transpired and I told her my story and she said she will send me an email so I can be able to send her all the evidence and the communication I have been exchanging with the ank, she took my email address, even now I am still waiting for a mere smoke email. Capitec is really falling me dismally, the incompetency i consistent.
