bad service at this branch this is the 2nd time they told me deposits are made outside on the ATM MACHINE ONLY

I went Capitac park station on the 1 floor next to Dischem to make a deposit,there are 2 ATM machines but only 1 machine is working.i then went into the bank to make the deposit just after this other guy in front of me has made a deposit the lady moved away from the counter and pointed a piece of paper that's written make a deposit at another branch and left the counter...that's very rude.
