Bad service at its best!!!!!

<p>I had a multi loan with capitec bank that ended being handed to the lawyers nowam trying to get their contact details so I can settle it. No one at capitec bank is able to assist,I went to the branch after waiting over 20 minutes they referred me to the contact centre there I have been transferred to over 6 people each one says I must speak with the other last people one was a teamleader Refilwe hangled up on me and another agent Kelvin.</p> <p>Does capitec bank not want my money or what???</p>
