Bad service at Capitec Midrand

Absolutely shocking service from the Midrand Branch . CHRIS And Manager Joyce .

Went in for an application . Was told they will confirm employment and call me back the same day .

3 days later no calls from consultant. When I went back into branch . She advised they closed the file due to them being unable to call employer. Employer says no one called .

Then the manager makes me sit and wait while she attends to other clients.

This is a Joke ... after being a loyal client for more than 10 years I will be moving my account to a bank who values me as a client
