Bad service at Capitec Kaalfontein. Yarona shoppinng complex

If there was 0 rating I would have given 0 . My day has been ruined and I felt so so embarrassed by the staff of Capitec bank Kaalfontein branch . Firstly when I arrived there was no assistance at the door . Well I print my own tag. And they jumped to call my number and after a while I asked another assistant she insisted that they call my number well I let it slide, she print another number that was more 10X my number after having to wait for two hours the lady by the name Hazel who was assisting me said they’re offline. Imagine Offline??? After having to wait for 2 full hours. My heart is really broken by the way I have been treated. Why is it that it’s offline wen is my turn . I feel like they did that deliberately. That Hazel lady even said there’s nothing I can do woooow just wooow it’s a shame that people cry for unemployment and still treat customers bad. It’s such a shame as much as I’ve been with Capitec for a while and now this?? My day has been ruined .
