Bad service at Capitec Bank Strand, Helderberg

Capitec Bank Helderberg Strand’s manager needs to be trained properly. I went to open an a account for my daughter and it was said i need to bring her birth certificate after standing in a queue. The next day i went back with the birth certificate, stood in a line again and was helped by a consultant who said that they cannot help me because they have new rules and that the parents id number must also be on the birth certificate. However upon entering the bank the consultant never said or explained about the new rule or confirm that i did have the right document. They said they cannot help me. After being at the bank two days in a row.
