bad service at capitec and hyphen

capitec is taking money out of my loan account and sending it to hyphen pda and hyphen said it naver ask for that money and is not in their bank account they don't know where the money is ,buy is not in my account either it happen on the07/10.2019 it was R1180.88 and on the 11/10/2019 they took R15 441.70 in total within a space of a week they took r16622.58. n nobody know where the money is can somebosy help me please. this is urgent
