Bad service at capitec

Good day I tried making a loan at capitec but had the worse experience ever I apply online for a loan under the heading loans for bad credit score at capitec I received a call and was told to email my docs but I had to follow up with calls asking what's happening the they wanted more recent docs of which I provided and almost 5 days after I've sent all the docs they needed I had to phone only to be told by the consultant that my application came back unsuccessful very unprofessional Mr s
