Bad service andd app functionality
Trying to make pyments from my account and the app keeps asking me for selfie verification. This verification keeps on failing therefore i am not able to transfer my own money.
I phoned the call centre, and the agent was very helpful, better than most call centres! But as i am out of the country, he had to transfer me to a different department. After transferring me i was on hold for 20 minutes when i had to hang up as i had other things to attend to.
Absolutely rediculous!!
