Bad service and *******

I made a deposit on Capitec’s outside ATMs and it said deposit error but never returned my money R3800 that money was meant for bills and policies they told me it will be created within 24hours now they are telling me some other story why should 1 wait half a month to get their monies they are now holding my money against my will that is ******* they are ******* and I want my money I don’t wanna wait any longer Capitec are cruel ******
