Bad service and no feedback

I have a account and personal loan with Capitec. I never had any problems with them. My problems only started with them when I made arrangements for one month to reschedule my payment on the loan. I phoned in and ask the person that they must only do it for one month so he suggested that we extend the term of the loan. I don't owe that much money on this loan. Have nearly paid the loan in full. When I actually went into the branch to take out another loan, they informed me that because of the fact that I extended the loan, I can only apply within six months time again. I was never informed that this extention was going to effect my negatively. I phone in to the call centre and laid an official complaint on Monday. Never got a reference number and still waiting on feedback from Capitec. I as the customer needs to phone in every day to follow up on this matter. This is bad service. Never once was there explained to me that extending this loan will influence my current personal loan. When I app**** for a new loan at the bank, the system automatically rejected it because of the extention and on the Compuscan that Capitec use there was two defaults. There is actually no defaults as it is removed but still shows on the bank's system. When I phoned the loans department I was informed by a lady "it wasn't the smartest thing for you to do when you extended your loan. I was informed even if I pay the loan in full it still does not mean that I qualify for a new one. The other lady gave me a lecture about affordability. My outstanding balance on this loan is R3000. Explain to me when I inicially app**** for the loan, I was still paying Nedbank and FNB monthly, but Capitec gave me the loan of R17 000. Now that I have settled both that accounts, Capitec penalize me for extending my loan. Why must I as the customer be treated as I am a *****. It is not as if I owe the bank millions of rands. I feel like closing this account as the customer service is non excisting. When I phoned in and ask them to amend the loan agreement back as it was, they informed me that they cannot do it and I must wait for six months. Even if I settle the loan, I must wait for six months.

This is the worse experience that I ever had with any bank. This is not the way to treat your customers. My salary also gets paid into my account monthly.
