Bad service and disrespectful of branch manager

I went to Capitec Westgate branch this morning with my husband and my husband told the branch manager Faith Manyamane that he is coming along with me, then Faith said my husband should go inside the branch alone and told me to wait aside outside and I waited thinking that it is because of the covid protocol, to my surprise she was about to assist the person who was after me, then I went to ask as to why is she assisting that person bcoz I came before him, then she was rude saying that I came with my husband and that I needed to wait fir him outside, then I told her that I am slowly there to replace my bank card and that she should have asked, then she was rude saying does she suppose to guess if I came for my replacement card if I didn't tell, then I told her that she didn't ask she just assumed that I accompanied my husband, then she became rude telling me that she's the manager and I should do as she says coz I don't even have a say as to how she's supposed to do her job, then I just avoided the argument and kept quiet, took the ticket to replace my card as she kept on undermining me infant of other customers.
