Bad service and biggest *******

Few years ago i hve handle over to this pple sinces then im busy to pay off i hve send a email to the owner n the one to email on the garnishment sinces today i dnt get any answers back n the email comes back and says no address found u can call them but they failed to pick up its more then 4 yrs n i still paying off n i read some were after 3 yrs they shld write off ur debt they took every month R250
