Bad service and attitude
About 10h30 today , 14/9/15, I went to Capitec , Fish Hoek to make a deposit of R542.50. I was assisted by a cashier (lady ) that did not even greeted me and looked very miserable. I gave her a R550.00 and told her that I only wanted the R542.50 to be deposited. I was told y her that she did not have any coins to give me any change so I told her that I do not have coins myself and that I only wanted the amount of R542.50 to be deposited. She then asked some of her colleagues if they have any change , came back to me again and said that she does not have any change. I got a bit frustrated and told her that they are a bank surely they must have coins. I was then told that they are not a bank and do not keep any money on their premises. I got very angry and told her that some one can go to a shop to make change, surely it is not my responsibility to do that ! I mean, who is the client after all! I would not have a problem if the girl in front was friendly . Should have understand and would have come back later. I suggest that the manager oft store teach his people good manners. do not even think she knows what customer service means!!
