Bad service and also Rude call centre agent

Capitec bank is totally not recommendable . Their service is very bad and the call centre stuff are very rude . I went there to make a reversal of the money they took and they declined me and previously I had an agreement with the call center person on how to debit and that consultant said to me yes they will take any amount that comes from my bank without even checking who deposited it I’m so done with them
