Bad service

How can I get a sms stating that my credit card hasn't been paid and it will affect my credit score if it has been paid? I pay what I can through out the month before the pay date? Yet I get a sms like this. I spoke to someone on Tuesday and told her this yet I still receive a sms.. If that's the case the. I want to close my credit card and pay what is owed. Close it as in not have access to it and pay the outstanding balance as I no longer want to deal with capitec anymore. I don't know how much times I must say the same thing over and over again.. Its becoming draining
