bad service
firstly I have always recommended this bank to people but WOW this service is really bad, I am a customer service advisor myself and awesome service is how you must treat your customers, how can you work for a company and dont know the company turn around time..I have cancelled my funeral policy and still they debit my money now they want to give me long stories bad service terrible bank
