Bad service

I opened an account last year as it was my very first bank account because I always only heard good reviews about capitec. Then received some funds for my scholar fees then my account was put on hold the 16may2023 till today no access to my account or whatsoever. Very every dissatisfied with this bank choice as I hoped to grow with them. Then my money got put on hold till today. I would not recommend it to anyone opening a new account for school or anything.
