Bad service

I went to mamelodi denlyn. I was assisting by the lady Dineo. I have a problem of transferring money with my app from my phone it needs a selfie when I'm trying to take a selfie it refuse I went to capitec bank to assist me it refuses to take a selfie. So Dineo told she can't help me every time when I want to transfer money I must come to the bank I ask him even it's the middle of the night
