Bad service
Capitec bank has a bad service I got a payment from 1 of the trading companies i usually get my money but I withdrew funds on the 2rd of this month even now the money hasnt reflected on my account i confirmed with the broker and they confirmed it has cleared from their side I have sent an email to Capitec bank my account number is *** and my cell phone is *** and I will be ignored

16 Oct 2024, 10:09Capitec is not professional after complaining nothing is being done the person who is dealing with this doesnt call me my phone doesnt even ring but I see missed calls if im lying please listen to that call when it connects to my call the call is dropped im ignored on whatsapp and emails I have sent the proof of payment but nothing is being done on whatsApp the admin blue ticks you the service is bad when u have problem with Capitec u are on your own
