Bad service

My father attempted to withdraw cash from a capitec atm in rustenburg. It did not dispense the cash. Later on the money disappeared from the account, got an sms that oney was withdrawn from account, attempted to report the matter inside the bank and instead they said they can't help, no ***** case or anything was opened, whereas I was de*****ed at the atm, why don't you guys have security or something at ur atms, this kind of service is appualing and disgusting that we entrust you with our money but there is no security or whatsoever protection over it. ***** happened at your own atm and you can't open ***** case....speak about poor service😡😡😡
