Bad service

I always liked Capitec bank before and always wished to bank with them. I finally got a job and opened an account with them. Hardly 3 months in service with them I get such a horrible service. Clientele which I never took any policy with debited my account. I went to them for help and they tell me theres nothing they can do. Even the consultant who was helping me from Diepsloot capitec named Kgotso didnt show any care or interest. All I was told is people come to the bank and get details of people. My question is how clientele got authorisation to take money from my account. And it is sad that capitec cannot even help. I wish I never opened my account with them and now understand why people do not trust them.
