Bad service.

I have been with capitec for 8 years and since the beginning of this year ive just had problems ,my salary was put into my account Friday(salary cheque)and today Capitec decides they going to pull my salary back? Not any notification as to why?I spoke to Sam and Fatima his manager but they could not assist because the cash book department can only assist on Monday it's such an inconvenience but why would capitec bank care? When I asked for the reason as to why this happened, I was told there is no notes as to why. Right now I am so sick and tired of capitec and there incompetence...after 8 years one would think there would be some sort of loyalty .I honestly wouldn't recommend anybody to join capitec it's a horrible bank.
