Bad service from capitec I logged an incident it's over 14 days and I have not heard back from them.

04 Oct 2024, 13:40I've got an email yesterday at 10.00 stating that given from the complaints department is looking into into it and will give me feedback within 2 hours. It's now 20hours later and still no feedback. Pathetic empty promises as my bank how can I trust you.
