Bad service

Capitec is the worst bank. Today they disnt even bother to notify us that the system will be down. You get into a shop n try to purchase and look like an idiot when your card is not working. ATM services down. Can't even access other savings account. Cellphone banking app is down. Kaak service I got today. Then went to Kwathema Branch only to find out they can't help u, all they can say is system is down. I'm switching Banks as in tomorrow
