Bad service

I visited the Capitec branch in KaaKaalfontein on Friday and was assisted by Ayanda, who provided great service and was patient with me. However, due to missing documents, I was asked to return the following day. Unfortunately, when I came back on Sunday, Ayanda was not available, and I was assisted by Mmabatho instead. Unfortunately, Mmabatho seemed unprofessional, and her colleague was more interested in chatting than helping me, which made me wait for over an hour. To make matters worse, the male colleague was also rude. Despite my positive experience with Ayanda, my overall experience was let down by the service I received on Sunday.
