Bad Service

Today on the 5th April 2024 I went to capitec Bank at mafikeng mall, when I got there the was no one at the door, so I pressed a ticket for myself, a guy came by the name of Naphtan, so rude and had an attitude towards me, he asked who am I to come and press the ticket for myself, and he took the ticket from my hand without even asking for it, he further went on to say I must go stand outside, that guy was very rude. I have never felt so embarrassed by the service that guy gave to me
