!!! BAD SERVICE !!!

I Got handed over to Capitec MBD lawyers due to unemployment(Retrenchment). I paid both my accounts in full more then a year ago but yet capitec do not want to clear my name. I already came in contact with the ombudsman of Capitec bank but still no feedback to this day. I get bad attitude from the consultants at the bank when I want to query the above mentioned and Im a client of capitec bank for almost 9 years now. Will not recommend capitec to anyone.
