Bad service

I went to the Capitec bank in Mayfield and the consultant that assisted me was not clear as to what exactly would happen to my accounts after i told her that i have a problem with my main account the debits that keep going off, she the said she would assist me with a another account but I would need to go back the Friday, when i got back only to find all my kther accounts within my account was closed more so 😭😭😭this is an account i use to get paid now and my debits are going off and it's closed this is huge inconvenience and frustrating what i am gonna do now ***, *** please sort this out urgently
