Bad Service
I went in to capitec to let them know that the metal industry is on strike hence i wont be able to pay my loan as i wont be getting paid. They are constantly calling and now sending messages that my account is in arrears. Why? When i gave notice and asked for a payment break i handed in a letter from my employer what more do you want?
