Bad service
20 may i made arrangements for my credit card and loan account. I was told to pay 280 on my credit card as I couldn't afford to pay the full installment yet I was still debited a 1106 plus the amount of 250 which I paid... So I have no money at all.. This is pathetic service why make arrangements when they debit more than what was agreed on. How does that work? So now I starve? I want this resolved
