Bad Service

this review comes after contacting Capitec multiple times and I never seem to find a answer to my query, I'm an utterly disappointed in the service,

This has been the most on going and tedious process which in all honesty makes me fed up for Capitec.

I spoke to a lady by the name of Nthombi from customer service who was rude to me beyond measures. I am very disappointed in the service especially after being a long standing customer with Capitec.

My query was explained multiple times and we still not even close to resolving this issue. Its unlike me to complain on Hellopeter but Capitec is really a big disappointment.
