Bad Service

I have been requesting a paid up Letter for my access Facility Account since July 2024, the bank said they need to close the account first then after a week I can come to collect the paid up Letter. When I go back they tell me that the account has been handed over and they don't know who was handling it. Calls were made, emails were sent but until today no one is giving me paid up Letter.
