Bad service

I don't know how your procedure is with regards to closing someone account but what you did to me was unprofessional and unacceptable. How can you close someone account without notifying them and telling them the reason behind that. I went to your branch more than once and I didn't get the help I needed until I used Whatsapp to enquire about my account then I was told it was ***** while you didn't notify me when you suspected that I received a *****ulent amount. I did everything that was requested but the case isn't fixed. I'm very disappointed and hurt by your service and all I want from you guys is to give me my saving plans money please
