Bad service

I went to capitec Heidelberg cbd as my credit facility is giving me problems,too much interest so the amount I'm paying them does not go down, so I wanted to take a loan and pay it back, im not happy with the service I received, it was 16h30 so there was no1 in the desks so sum1 had to go in the tearoom to come and help me, so some guy came in to help me and said I qualified but yena he's knocking off, he had to go back to the tearoom tell the other lady to come and help me and you could see she's not happy at all, there was no eye contact at all tried talking to her asking her about a bond but I could not even hear what she's saying, so she called this negative negative Indian lady whom said i would not qualify if I did not qualify last month, so now Im stuck with an access facility that is not going down,the Indian lady I must say she's somehow negative, she does not even try to help people when they need help its not for the 1st time
