Kindly assist I claim for my grandson on Thursday 22 August 2024. As the death state that the course of death is still under investigation and the is police case number for this matter as the doctor confirms that the course of death is unknown and still under investigation. I dail to understand because they request for police report I submit the documents as per required but now they want police description but the doc confirms that the course of death is unknown. We are having a funeral on the 28 August 2024 but no feedback from capitec. Today i went to another branch and they want same documents i did submit but they don't promise anything. Kindly assist. I want cancel everything with you guys because i feel like they dont want to assist.
