Bad service.....

I have never been so disappointed in my life.. i have a 7 day notice account with capitec which i did read the Terms and conditions.. however i have an emergency of which is out of my control and i need the funds. All am getting from the staff there is that there is nothing they can do to assist me. My child is sick i can not borrow money while i have money in my account. Them saying there is nothing they can do does it mean should anything happen to my child they will be held liable? I wont be busy going to the branch when this is not an emergency. A bank should take care of its people
