Bad service

I was ****med last year reported to *****line immediately and they reffere me to police station to open a case which I did but end results they emailed me and said my recovery funds was unsuccessful what bank don't help you I got information if you were ****med without knowing they don't care about their clients "Banks have a legal and ethical responsibility to refund ****med money to their customers."what does that means but I'm bein banking for more then 10 years
