Bad service

Capitec bank is not reliable. So today i went on to deposit money and the atm just stop to take deposits . Okay than one stuff member came to take people insed to do deposits. Okay fantastic so we go inside as I do deposit I am told that the was technical problem I have to wait. Okay cool I wait while the lady makes a call . On the call the person that was assisting her tell her to inform me that they are investigating so I should get my money in 24hours . So now i am angry I tell the lady that was assisting me that this money if for my kid to pay for her school trip . I tell her that I can't wait that long she than calls the manager Thabiso . I inform him that the money should be in my bank by 1 o'clock he says he cant grantee that . And what i realise I that people from their hade office don't care at all. To them its " infor customer that he must wait for 24hrs . To top it all I will have to pay to deposit inside bank while outside machine is not working .
