Bad service
I reported a ***** case on the 24th February 2025 and submitted all the required documents via email but upon checking on their WhatsApp channel for updates I get a NO INCIDENTS REPORTED IN THE PAST 90 DAYS"I called in to enquire but their consultants couldn't give me a clear answer as to why I can no longer track my incidents
