Bad service
Capitec is failing me yet again. A consultant was supposed to give me a call yesterday 19 October 2023 regarding my query and did not. I want my money to be reversed back into my account and also get the information about the credit insurance. I am not getting any assistance. Capitec is not a good bank at all.
