Bad service
I withdrew R3000 at a capitec atm and only got R2200 instead of capitec reversing my R800 im being told it will take 8 working days. Ive banked with Absa and FMB and have neer experienced this. If a ATM doesnt have enough cash why doesnt it just cancel the whole transaction. I need the money and im in a situation now where I dont know what am I going to do.
