Bad service

I have never had as much issues with a bank as I have had lately with Capitec Business. Tried syncing bank to sage, didn't receive the OTP's and next minute access is blocked to internet banking. This bank does not care about their clients. On hold for over 20 minutes to wait to speak to a consultant just to be put on hold again and then cut off a couple of minutes later. Seriously considering moving to another bank at this point.
