Bad Service

On the 18 october 2015 visited capitec bank enquiring about loans nd spoke to melaine who was not helpful at all . She was giving me attitude nd cudnt not help me at all and she made copy of my payslip nd when i ws leaving , i asked for it and she tore it right in front of my face and today went again 22 october 2015 spoke to janine cudnt gt her name bt coloured lady wth short brown hair also cudnt help me , she just told me she cannot help me ddnt even wana try and assist me ths 2 ladies gives bad services they dont know how to treat other ppl nd they making me wana leave banking with capitec i dont knw y capitec dont hire helpful ppl hu can handel customer satisfaction , this is bad
