Bad Service

Im very upset with Capitec, after I settled my account with them and never gave them problems with my account, yet they refuse to give me a consolidation loan. I wanted a bigger amount wanting to settle my accounts and still be able to buy a car, all I wanted was for them to give me an amount to be able to do that and I will only pay them after settling those debts and buying my car cash. But I guess loyalty to them doesnt matter at all, I cant believe I even wanted to switch my salary to them
