Bad service
I stay in Bettys Bay and needed to go to the bank. When I got to Capitec in Somerset their machine was out of order. I then needed to deposit money inside which cost a fortune. I asked why must i pay so much if its not my fault and she turned around and said not theirs either but a clients fault and if thats the case I can go to capitec in the strand. Disgusting
