bad service

Early last year I took a loan with Capitec I have been a good payer never have I missed any debit order as I bank with them and this month they were supposed to debit their last payment, instead they decide since Sars payed me they will deduct their last payment which is ********* and unprofessional of them. They treated me like a bad payer when they know they only debit my salary paid on the 25th. I'm glad they did that now I can change and move to another bank cause they showed how they treat their customers.
