Bad Service

Yesterday I visited the Newtown Junction Capitec Bank branch. There was a long queue outside for people withdrawing as well as depositing money at the ATM. I also noticed that there was no one inside the bank to make deposits. So I walked inside to make a deposit since I was gonna be late for my meeting. The service lady (Roxanne) kept saying that I do the deposit at the ATM even though there was a long queue. I insisted that I want to do the deposit inside regardless of the charges involved. Eventually she comp**** but went on to make remarks to her colleague (Edwin).

A few seconds later, another customer with a disability came in also asking to make a deposit and she also told him to stand at the queue outside. He pointed out to them that he had a disability (which he didn't need too as it was evident by the way he walked and the special shoe he was wearing) and told her that he couldn't stand for long periods of time. Yet she still refused to grant his request. He eventually asked the lady that she assist him with making the deposit at the ATM since he didn't know how to and if he may stand in front of the queue. The service lady said she would assist him but she didn't even bother to step outside for the whole 15-minutes as I was standing there.
